Labor and delivery isn't just physically hard work, it's also a LOT of emotional energy. I'm 100% present to help bear that burden and to help this time in your life go as smoothly as possible! 

My vision is to make you as comfortable as possible physically and keep as many distractions at bay so you can focus on each other and baby!

Each of my clients should feel valued and loved. Every life is important. I'm here to bring caring and gentle advice and support.

 Simply put - Doulas support you through your pregnant, labor and delivery, and your postpartum! 

Digging deeper, I also gently guide your partner to know how help support you through your labor and delivery. We need our love close and they need to know what to do!
